The EASIEST and tastiest cranberries for the big day! I doubled this recipe because we have a huge family. And this is easily made ahead and stored in the fridge! 4 cups cranberries, 3/4 cup sugar, zest and juice of 1 orange, 1/2 cup water. Mix it all together in a pan and roast at 425° for 30ish minutes or until most of the cranberries have popped. Let it cool completely, then store in the fridge until ready to serve.
