French Onion Gnocchi Our French onion quest continues and this week we’re making a gnocchi version. This is similar to our tortellini recipe from a few weeks ago but if you love gnocchi this one’s even better. Still simple, still cheesy and still delicious but with a gnocchi twist. 1 lb frozen gnocchi 1 can french onion soup 1 can consommé 1/2 stick butter 1 c grated Gruyere Add the gnocchi to a prepared baking dish.
